I thought Scott hit the nail on the head once again! More in our industry have to realize that the shift has come and gone…the ‘Bus Bench’ mentality of ‘I am Number 1 in…’ doesn’t(shouldn’t) apply anymore. If you want prospective clients to see your stats save it for your buyers meeting or listing appointment…that is the time when it matters. To use it as a form of marketing nowadays is a huge step backwards…
